Usher's new single "Let's Make Love in the Club" is a popular but complex new RnB/Dance hit from the United States. Here I will display and comment on the more confusing and sometimes metaphysical aspects of his lyrical genius. I hope you find it helpful.

"You see you searching for somebody that'll take you out and do you right.
Well come here baby and let daddy show you what it feel like."

Here Usher explains that he is the person that the heroine is seeking. He compares himself to her father, suggesting that paternal incest is not only common but is in fact desirable. The phrase "do you right" is a rather intimate and unsubtle reference to sex which, if used in regular 'I am not Usher' circumstances would result in a well deserved palm-related rebuttle.

"You know all you gotta do is tell me what your sipping on? Eh
And I promise that I'ma keep it coming all night loooooong."

Here Usher asks to by the female stranger a drink, but in a way that is not cliched and boring, like if one of us would do it.

"Looking in your eyes,
While you on the other side, hey
(and I think that shawty I got a thing for you yeah)
Doing it on purpose, wind it and work it.
I can tell by the way you looking at me girl."

Besides this verse being almost completely indecipherable gibberish, one can acertain a couple of things: That Usher is sure this female stranger is acting somewhat familiar in his presence. The presence of so-called Shawty could be referring to a friend who would like to 'twos up' on her, but in my view is actually a nick-name for Usher's unremarkable member which this song attempts to make up for.

Now that this unnamed female has been plyed with alcohol and made to lap dance, Usher reaches an obvious conclusion. Beautifully conceived and expertly expressed, Usher explains in the subtlest way he knows how what his true intentions are. He wants to have sex with her without bothering to leave the night-time establishment. Andrew Marvell would be proud. Again, most females you or I might encounter would be appalled by such a suggestion, but Usher, being the stud he is can not only make this suggestion but repeat it at the top of his voice.

"Listen, if you got some friends rolling with you baby then that's cool.
You can leave them with my nigga's, let 'em know that I got you. Eh
If you didn't know,you're the only thing that's on my mind.
Cuz,the way you staring makes me want to give it to you all night."

Marriage is clearly the next step in Usher's mind.

"Baby close our eyes and it'll just be me and you"

Usher's experience and tenderness towards women is expressed in this lyric where he reassures the dancing stranger (clearly worried that having sex would do nothing for her reputation) that if she can't see people, they can't see you.

Young Jeezy:
"I'll be like your medicine, your take every dose of me.
It's goin down on isle 3,I'll bag ya like some grocery's."

It's been well established in Hollywood for some years now that this is the kind of comparison that women love.

"Have you ever made love to a thug in a club with his sights on, 87 jeans and a fresh pair of nikes on. On the couch, on the table, on the bar, on the floor."

They're chavs. Which IS sexy, in a way.

"If you wanna give me a kiss, we can keep touching like this
I know you scared baby, because you don't know what we doing.
It's ok, you can touch right here, keep doing that girl and I swear.
I'ma keep doing it to you non-stop."

Here Usher's refers back to the time he called himself 'daddy' at the beginning of the song. This kind of pillow talk is required in order to get someone to sleep with you when they know they really really shouldn't.

"And I dont care, who's watching watching watching watching watching Oooooh In this club on the floor
Baby lets make love"

And finally in a beautiful moment at the end of the song, Usher, Shawty and Young Jeezy cum all over her face, presumably 'on the floor' is the dance floor. Apparently the proprietor, the bouncers or even the other clients don't seem to mind this wanton display of mysogeny.
